Alpini in Lignano Sabbiadoro: more than 3000 for the May gathering

The Alpini in Lignano Sabbiadoro for the May gathering! Before heading to Udine, more than 3000 black feathers will stay at our seaside resort on Thursday 11, Friday 12 and Saturday 13 May and then head towards the official parade in Udine on the occasion of the 94th gathering to be held on Sunday 14 May 2023. This year the event will take place almost simultaneously with the inauguration of the 2023 bathing season, which takes place in the first week of May. More than 2000 reservations have already arrived in the structures of Lignano Sabbiadoro in about 50 hotels, a campsite and various apartments rented by tourist agencies and local private landlords. The Alpini who will reach our seaside resort this weekend come from many nearby regions, including Veneto and Piedmont. The event in Lignano Sabbiadoro will take place on Saturday evening, it includes two choirs and a procession of brass bands with all the Alpini present for the occasion in Lignano Sabbiadoro.
