Bestehend aus Eingang mit Außenterrasse mit Tisch, Stühlen und Sonnenschirm, Wohnzimmer mit Einzelschlafcouch, Essbereich mit Tisch und Stühlen, separater Küche mit großem Kühlschrank. Der auf den Fotos gezeigte Ofen kann nicht verwendet werden. Im Erdgeschoss finden wir auch ein erstes Badezimmer mit Fenster und Dusche (Vorhang). Im ersten Stock finden wir ein Dreibettzimmer (Doppelbett + Etagenbett), ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei getrennten Betten und ein Wohnzimmer mit einem Einzelschlafsofa und drei Sesseln. Badezimmer mit Fenster und Badewanne. Die Villa ist mit einer tragbaren Klimaanlage (im ersten Stock), einem Fernseher, einer Mikrowelle, einer Waschmaschine und einer Hängematte für den Garten auf Anfrage ausgestattet.
