You will appreciate the comfortable position of our Hotel, consisting of 3 floors, the only one in Lignano Pineta, which is located directly on the seaside and …surrounded by a pine-forest. For this reason it’s an ideal space for everybody who wants to pass the holidays under the banner of calm, relax and nature.
A swimming pool with a hydro-massage and sun-beds, a pool for our little guests, a big outdoor activity area with a playground, a fitness-room and the private beach (1 beach-umbrella and 2 beach-beds for each room) make our Hotel particularly suitable for families and all persons that love their pets and take them to the holidays.
The calm place in which we are, however, offers to our guests the possibility to attain the Heart of Lignano Pineta easily; you will reach the town centre with its shops, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream shops in a 10-minutes walk along the shore!
We also have a Parking place outdoor, garage on request.
The day starts with a rich breakfast-buffet which offers a vast selection of sweet and savoury food; lunch and dinner (choice menu) will be a pleasant moment to… enjoy the typically local delicacies and the international dishes.
Every week our restaurant also will organize enjoyable gala-evenings.
The Hotel organizes periodically evenings with live music and on Sunday evenings we invite our guests to fresh Open-Air Aperitifs.

Swimming pool (14 mt x 8 mt), surrounded by umbrellas and sun beds, children's pool, a new whirl-pool (5-6 persons), children's outdoor activity area and garden… offer a nice alternative of pleasure during your holiday at the seaside.
We want you to remember that in Lignano you can find a lot of areas for your wellness and your amusement which are: the sport village Ge.Tur (only 200 meters far from our Hotel), the Thermal, the soccer field, Aquasplash, Gulliverlandia, Junior Park, the Zoo, the golf course, tennis courts, riding, minigolf and much more!
