Lignano Yoga Days 2026 will take place on Sunday, June 21, 2026, at the Parco del Mare in Lignano Pineta, just a few steps from the beach, with a full day entirely dedicated to Yoga, meditation, and psychophysical well-being immersed in nature.
Surrounded by the beautiful pinewood setting and accompanied by the sound of the sea, participants will enjoy a rejuvenating experience through Yoga sessions, meditation practices, and moments of relaxation led by qualified teachers and wellness professionals. The activities are designed to promote balance between body and mind, improve concentration, and restore energy and inner peace in a unique natural environment.
The event aims to create an open and inclusive space, suitable both for people approaching the world of Yoga and meditation for the first time and for experienced practitioners wishing to deepen their personal journey. Throughout the day, activities dedicated to conscious breathing, relaxation, energy balance, and personal growth will be offered.
Practicing Yoga outdoors in the Parco del Mare of Lignano Pineta represents a special opportunity to rediscover harmony and well-being in one of the most charming locations on the Friuli coastline.
Participants are invited to bring their own yoga mat and practice directly on the park lawn; comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor activities is recommended. Participation is open to everyone upon reservation, with a free voluntary contribution.
Master organizer Niko Perosa:
Integral Yoga teacher, since 2002 I have been practicing, studying and disseminating the Ancient Knowledge of Yoga and Meditation as tools of growth and evolution for today's man. I completed my four-year training course at the Parsifal Yoga Academy in Milan, founded by Masters W. Ferrero and T. Sintoni. The synthesis of Hatha Yoga, Raja Yoga and Tantra constitutes the essence of the teaching that I transmit: an ever new and creative act, thanks to which one immerses oneself in the perception of the body, movement and breathing, with a mind free from thought and emotional flow. Studies and experiences in the field of music therapy and psychophony have allowed me to discover how the voice and the body are the deepest communicative and relational tools that human beings possess. For me, today, transmitting Yoga means connecting to my inner "sound": the body and the vibration of the voice become a channel of expression that guides people towards a condition of greater psychophysical balance, concentration and inner calm. In September 2022 I published my first book "BEING WHAT IS", the testimony of a profound transformation experience that involved every aspect of my being: physical, mental and spiritual.
