Italian Beach Games
Event Sport in Lignano Sabbiadoro at Viale Centrale, 29:
The project is inspired, in part, by the ANOC Beach Games, but based only on the Olympic Games. The ANOC World Beach Games is a global multi-sport event created by ANOC (Association of National Olympic Committees) and hosted for the first time in Qatar in 2019. It has now become a global event that occurs every four years. The same event wants to be replicated, for minor and unrecognized sports in Italy. It is a young and inclusive event that combines the informality and liveliness of the beach with high-level elite sport, to create a highly attractive Games. It is the only Italian festival focused on youth beach, water and action sports, created specifically for new disciplines and their athletes. With a focus on young and dynamic sports, the Games offer unrivaled opportunities for various disciplines to connect with new athletes and a new generation of sports fans.
