Triathlon Lignano ASD presents the eighth edition of the prestigious Triathlon Sprint Rank Gold - City of Lignano Sabbiadoro, a competition dedicated to the memory of Renzo Ardito. On Saturday, April 27, 2025, Lignano Pineta will transform into the ideal stage for this multi-sport challenge that combines swimming, cycling and running in a breathtaking route along the splendid Adriatic coast.

Competition Details

The event includes separate races for men and women:

• 2:00 PM: Start of the men's race
• 3:00 PM: Start of the women's race

Swim fraction (750m)

• Start: Left side of the breakwater (Piazzale Marcello D'Olivo)
• Course: Triangular track in the crystalline waters of Lignano
• Transition: Transition area in Piazza Marcello D'Olivo

Bike fraction (21km - 3 laps of 7km)

Fast and technical circuit with differentiated starts:

• Men: Piazza Marcello D'Olivo
• Women: Crescent moon transition area
• Unique views between the pine forest and the sea

Run fraction (5km - 2 laps of 2.5km)

• Course: Suggestive ring on the Lungomare Pineta
• Finish: Bar tent with festive red carpet
