The 6th Edition of "Notti di Mezza Estate" (Midsummer Nights) in Lignano Sabbiadoro!
Four evenings of music, theater, and culture will transform Lignano Sabbiadoro into a vibrant stage. This precious and fascinating journey will enrich the city's cultural offerings, delivering unique and unforgettable experiences.
From July 21st to July 31st, Lignano Sabbiadoro will host concerts, shows, and events as part of the “Notti di Mezza Estate” festival, promoted by the Municipality in collaboration with the Orchestra Giovanile Filarmonici Friulani (Friulian Philharmonics Youth Orchestra), under the artistic supervision of Mario Brandolin.
The events will take place in three evocative locations: not only the pine groves of the Church of Santa Maria del Mare and the Church of San Zaccaria, but also the Arena Alpe Adria.
All events will start at 9:00 PM.

- Location: San Zaccaria Church (Via Mezzasacca, 91)
- Event: Viaggi nei luoghi della letteratura italiana (Journeys through the places of Italian literature)
- Details: The first event of the festival, dedicated to the great literary destinations and inspirations of our country.
Friday, July 24, 2026 – 9:00 PM
- Location: San Zaccaria Church (Via Mezzasacca, 91)
- Event: A Kabul. Un viaggio di Emilio Rigatti tra Vicino e Medio Oriente (To Kabul: A journey by Emilio Rigatti between the Near and Middle East)
- Details: The second meeting focusing on travel, chronicles, and the author's reflections on Eastern lands.
Tuesday, July 28, 2026 – 9:00 PM
- Location: Santa Maria del Mare Church (Viale Centrale, 34)
- Event: Lungo i fiumi. Viaggio sul Volga, sul Mississippi (Along the rivers: A journey on the Volga and the Mississippi)
- Details: An evocative geographical and cultural itinerary following the course of some of the Earth's most iconic rivers.
Friday, July 31, 2026 – 9:00 PM
- Location: Arena Alpe Adria (Viale Europa, 26)
- Event: Orchestra Giovanile Filarmonici Friulani in "Not(t)e di cinema" (Notes/Nights of Cinema)
- Details: The final event of the festival features a grand live symphonic concert. The young musicians from Friuli will perform the most famous musical masterpieces composed expressly for the history of cinema. (You can buy tickets for a fee via the link below)
All events feature free admission, start at 9:00 PM, and will take place even in case of bad weather.
