After the success of the first edition, the Vinibuoni d'Italia guide, published by the Italian Touring Club, returns to Lignano with the event by the sea, in partnership with PromoturismoFVG, continuing the collaboration under the banner of food and wine promotion of the area.
An appointment not to be missed, which concludes the celebrations of the twentieth edition of the guide, with over 150 award-winning wines for tasting during a 6-handed dinner.
“Un mare di Corone” will take place on Friday 25 August at 20.00 at the Pineta Beach Restaurant, on the terrace of the beach office 3 in Lignano Pineta.
Stefano Bruno Lonati and Luigi Tavian, resident chef of the Pineta Beach Restaurant, supported by Kevin Gaddi, itinerant chef Ambassador of taste, will accompany us on a gastronomic journey that starts from the story of Friuli Venezia Giulia and travels through the Italian regional cuisines.
The Friulian PDOs are the protagonists, with Prosciutto di San Daniele and Montasio cheese, and other typical products with the "Io sono Friuli Venezia Giulia" brand, which testifies to the sustainability of regional agri-food companies and the traceability of the raw materials with which the branded products are made .
In combination with over 150 wines from all over Italy, which represent some of the excellences among the Classic Method sparkling wines and wines from native Italian vines awarded with the Corona over the course of 20 editions of the guide.

Places for the event are limited and reservations are required, the cost of the dinner, including the free tasting of all wines, is €60, which can be purchased in advance at the promotional price of €55.
