Lignano Tuna Festival

Great end-of-season event for all tuna lovers! We present the Lignano Tuna festival in Lignano Sabbiadoro, 2024 edition. This year's event, now in its 5th edition, will see 6 days of celebration divided into 2 weekends, 27 28 29 September, 4 5 6 October 2024 You will be able to admire sporting competitiveness, with bluefin tuna fishing competitions, food and wine, games, fishing simulators, environmental sustainability of the sea, and much more!

Bluefin tuna fishing competitions:
during the event it will be possible to attend the exits and returns of the fishermen during the fishing competitions, thus being able to admire their catch. The race is expected to have an influx of entries of between 250-300 participants, including winners and participants who took part in the world championship.

Environmental sustainability:
Sustainability towards our wonderful sea will not be lacking, in fact various teams are part of the famous Clean Ocean project, created to raise awareness of respect for the sea and the oceans.

Food and wine kiosks and bluefin tuna festival:
throughout the 6 days of the Lignano Tuna festival you will find kiosks with food & drink, traditional products based on local fish and obviously grilled tuna, but also cooked in other ways. There will be fried calamari and the beloved breaded anchovies.

Entertainment and Games:
fun even for the little ones, there will be games where children can win small prizes. Fun for adults too with fishing simulators, adjustable to various levels and difficulties.
