Friday, July 25 – Gourmet Dinner by the Sea at Pineta Beach Lignano Restaurant
Starting at 7:30 PM, enjoy an exceptional dinner overlooking the sea featuring the finest flavours of Friuli Venezia Giulia. The evening begins with a tasting of regional specialties, with producers on hand to share the stories behind each product.
The menu features refined regional dishes: from traditional starters to the classic boreto, a delicate Ribolla Gialla risotto, and the iconic Gubana dessert from the Natisone Valleys.
Paired with wines from Ermacora Winery and products from Latteria d’Aviano and Morgante.
