On June 13 and 14, 2025, the UNICEF Park in Lignano Sabbiadoro will host the very first edition of “Lignano 180°”, the new Sustainability Festival organized by the Municipality of Lignano Sabbiadoro in collaboration with APE FVG – the Energy Agency of Friuli Venezia Giulia.
Over the course of two days, international experts, architects, urban planners, and environmentalists will lead talks, workshops, and panel discussions focused on a key question: how can we rethink our lifestyles and urban design to effectively respond to the challenges of climate change? The festival will be a space for dialogue, learning, and engagement, open to citizens, professionals, and visitors alike.
The name “Lignano 180°” symbolizes a shift in direction – an invitation to change perspective, question our habits, and embrace a more conscious, responsible, and sustainable path. It’s a call to broaden our horizons and explore innovative solutions for building a more resilient and environmentally respectful future.
Using Lignano Sabbiadoro as a case study, the festival aims to spark collective reflection on topics such as urban regeneration, climate adaptation, and the relationship between people, public spaces, and nature. A must-attend event for anyone who wants to take an active role in shaping change.
