Pineta Ice Christmas

In Piazza Marcello d’Olivo, in Lignano Pineta, a brand-new Christmas village awaits you! Discover festive wooden chalets, sweet treats, a grand blue Christmas tree, live shows, and entertainment for the whole family.

The heart of the village is the Ice Nativity Scene: the Nativity brought to life through intricate ice sculptures inside a spectacularly designed, immersive marquee. The Nativity scene can be visited throughout the entire duration of the village.

The Ice Queen and her Christmas Elves will bring the village to life on weekends, public holidays, and during school vacations, with non-stop programming from December 19 to January 6. Children can join the fun at the Christmas Dance Party with baby dance, group dances, and hit songs, take the stage in the Christmas Kids Show, or compete in quizzes and interactive games on the giant LED screen during the Christmas Game Show.

The event lineup also features roving circus performers, majorette parades, Circus School workshops, special events celebrating the Befana and dog training shows, as well as live vocal performances inspired by fairy tales and animated films. Highlights include a live concert by the Castalia Cartoon Band, performing theme songs from beloved cartoons.
