Golden Retriever meeting

We look forward to seeing you on May 10, 2025 at the "Doggy Beach", for the sixth Golden Retriever gathering in Lignano Sabbiadoro! Starting at 10:00, you can admire more than 300 Golden Retrievers parading on the beach. A unique event dedicated to all lovers of this wonderful breed, which every year brings together hundreds of Golden Retrievers and their families in an atmosphere of sharing, emotion and fun.

In just 4 days, the 2024 event has counted around 300 registrations, equivalent to 700 people and over 300 Goldens.
 

We are Debora and Debora, yes that's right, friends and founders of the first Italian Golden Retriever association.
Deborah Zanon is the president of the association and is an insurer expert in the pet world, as well as the mother of Flipper, a 9-year-old Golden Retriever. Debora Moretto, together with her Golden Retriever Otto, is recognized on social media with the page @amicidiotto which boasts
about 50 thousand followers.
 

And it is thanks to social media that in 2018 we met and established a unique friendship, even though we were 500km apart.

Our journey began with the first Golden Retriever gathering in 2022. Needless to say, the event was a great success, and from here the Golden Retriever Family was born, not from a whim of ours, but thanks to the people who participated and who remained in contact with us throughout the year.

Our association has the following purpose: to share with the dog world the love and passion for the Golden Retriever, which represents the most well-known breed in the world. The Golden is a multipurpose dog, in addition to being the dog most present in families, it is used in the social sector with excellent results by the police, civil protection as a rescue unit and as a guide dog.

This is why the Golden Retriever Family association was born with the aim of increasing knowledge of this wonderful breed and sharing authentic experiences through the gatherings that we want to organize throughout Italy.

The emotion of last year's Golden Retriever Rally in Lignano Sabbiadoro is still alive in our hearts, as
the event recorded an incredible SOLD OUT, with 300 enthusiastic Golden Retrievers and more than 700 participants
crowding the location. The success was not only numerical but also created a unique and engaging atmosphere. In 2023, the year
of the foundation of the Italian Golden Retriever Association, the first Rally held in Lignano exceeded all
expectations, attracting over 250 registrations in just three months. The dissemination of the events and images through radio and newspapers
generated contagious enthusiasm, leading to a further increase in memberships and closing the year with over 450 new
members. This clearly demonstrates the growing passion and participation in our mission to celebrate the magnificent
world of Golden Retrievers.

During the day, we reserve a special space for prestigious brands that have chosen to join us in this adventure:
among these, we enthusiastically mention Oasy, Hundog Allianz, Amici di Otto, Casa Agricola Rossi, Secur Group, Zee.dog, Isabel's home, Grimaldi lines. A
personalized advertising corner will be dedicated to these partners, guaranteeing them exclusive visibility during the gathering. But that's not all! Inside the special Golden Kit, a gift that will reach all participants, you will find delicious gadgets offered by these brands, allowing them
to make themselves known through games, mini-size products and other gifts.
 

2025 program on update

Registrations for the 2025 edition will open in early March and will be available at the following address, www.goldenretrieverfamily.it
