Golden Retriever meeting

We are waiting for you on May 25, 2024 at Punta Faro Beach, for the third Golden Retriever gathering in Lignano Sabbiadoro! starting from 10.30 it will be possible to admire more than 180 Golden Retrievers parading on the beach.

In just 4 days the event counted 120 registrations which is equivalent to 240 people plus 130 Goldens.

We are Debora and Debora, yes, that's right, friends and founders of the first Italian Golden Retriever association.
Debora Zanon is president of the association and is an insurer expert in the pet world, as well as mother of Flipper, the Golden Retriever of
8 years. Debora Moretto, together with her Golden Retriever Otto, is recognized on social media with the page @amicidiotto which boasts
over 36.5 thousand followers.

And it is precisely thanks to social media that in 2018 we met and established a unique friendship, despite being 500km apart.

After Covid there was in the air the desire and need for everyone to be together, and almost for fun we launched the first Golden gathering in 2022. Needless to tell you the great success of the event, and from here the Golden Retriever Family, not from our whim but thanks to the people who participated last year and who remained in contact with us throughout the year.

Our association's aim is to share with the dog world the love and passion for the Golden Retriever, which represents the best-known breed in the world par excellence. The Golden is a multi-purpose dog, as well as being the most present dog in families, it is used in social work with excellent results by the police, civil protection as a rescue unit and as a guide dog.

This is why the Golden Retriever Family association was born with the aim of increasing knowledge of this wonderful breed and sharing authentic experiences through the gatherings that we want to organize throughout Italy.

The emotion of last year's Golden Retriever Gathering in Lignano Sabbiadoro is still alive in our hearts, because
the event recorded an incredible SOLD OUT, with over 180 enthusiastic Golden Retrievers and more than 400 participants who
they crowded the place. The success was not just numerical but created a unique and engaging atmosphere. In 2023, year
of the foundation of the Italian Golden Retriever Association, the first meeting held in Lignano surpassed all expectations
expectation, attracting over 250 registrations in just three months. The diffusion of events and images through radio and newspapers has
generated contagious enthusiasm, leading to a further increase in memberships and closing the year with over 450 new ones
members. This clearly demonstrates the growing passion and participation in our mission to celebrate the magnificent
world of Golden Retrievers.

Throughout the day, we reserve a special space for prestigious brands that have chosen to join us in this adventure:
among these, we enthusiastically mention Kong, Oasy, Petter Care, Quattro Zampe in Fiera and Hundog. An event will be dedicated to these partners
personalized advertising corner, guaranteeing them exclusive visibility during the meeting. But that is not all! Inside the Golden
Special kit, a gift that will reach all participants, you will find delicious gadgets offered by these brands, allowing them
to make themselves known through games, mini-size products and other giveaways.

2024 program

 

• 10.30 Meeting at the Doggy beach in Lignano Sabbiadoro, one of the most beautiful beaches in the Adriatic equipped for dogs (already your resellers with a "shop" inside the beach itself). Games on the beach and "May the Best Golden Win" activities, demonstrations and small shows, thanks to the participation of some dog centers in the Friuli Territory who have decided to collaborate with us.

• 4.30pm Aperitif and return photo at the Bar Punta Faro, where the entire place is reserved for our event. Here we will dedicate ourselves a
  moment of relaxation tasting a delicious aperitif by the sea.

• 5.30pm Parade through the center of Lignano which will be filmed by regional TV and by our advertising agency "Zampe
  Diverse" and from the social pages of the association. This moment has always proved to be the most requested and most awaited by adults
  than from the little ones. The parade through the center of Lignano will start from Punta Faro, will run along Lungomare Marin until arriving in the Terrazza a Mare square, Piazza Fontana and Via Udine. We will stop in front of the church and a group photo will be taken which will become the icon of the gathering.

• 8.45pm Gala dinner on the beach with surprise show at the Playa Beach Restaurant

The evening will be masterfully presented by Debora Zanon and Debora Moretto, and special guests will alternate on stage for
make the event even more memorable. Not just a gathering, but an unforgettable party!

Each dog that participates will be given a Golden Kit, containing event gadgets.

The exciting experience will not stop at the edge of the Lignano Sabbiadoro beach; on the contrary, it will spread through the
our official social channels, including @ass.goldenretrieverfamily and @amicidiotto, where we will share live, photos and updates.
But that is not all! Thanks to the precious television support of Tg5 and Arca di Noè, with the program on Rete 4 "Dalla Parte degli
Animals", the event will reach an even wider audience.

But our promotion doesn't stop here: we will broadcast the news via radio, so that the sound of our celebration reaches
a larger audience. Posters will be distributed in various venues in the center of Lignano and beyond, while our social pages will
will join the official ones of Lignano Sabbiadoro and the Friuli Region, with which we have started a fruitful
collaboration last year. Interaction with these pages will increase the visibility of the event, making it a great opportunity
do not miss in the region. The Golden Retriever Family Gathering thus becomes an essential event for lovers of
dogs and for those who wish to live a unique experience in the splendid setting of Lignano Sabbiadoro.
