Villa Terramare Lignano

VILLA TERRAMARE: completely renovated terraced villa, located in the village of "Terramare" Isola di Marina Punta Faro connected to the mainland by a small bridge. The Island of Terramare is home to the Sporting Club, equipped with a beautiful swimming pool (open approximately from June to mid-September), a tennis/football court (for a fee) as a bar/restaurant. The complex is located about 600 meters walk from the sea and 500 meters from the center of Lignano Sabbiadoro. The terraced villa that we propose is immersed in an exclusive context and enjoys a splendid view of the docks and the lagoon. It is equipped with a large garage and private outdoor parking space adjacent to the property.

Type E: from the street level, by stairs, you access the first level consisting of a kitchen and a large living room with a splendid view of the docks, the large equipped balcony (15 sq m) directly overlooks the lagoon, reached by 4 steps 1 small bathroom is available. On the second level 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds; 1 bathroom with shower. On the third and last level 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with a double sofa bed, 1 bathroom with shower. Free Wi-Fi. Air conditioning in price included. Free use of the Sporting Club swimming pool with umbrella and sunbeds. Beach place in the 2nd row at office n.2 in Sabbiadoro, equipped with 1 umbrella, 2 sunbeds, 1 deckchair, safe and storage for beach materials.
Stays from Sunday to Sunday.

The indicated price includes light, air condtioner, gas, water and reorganization of the accommodation (which has to be left in order, clean and free of any type of garbage); not included instead are towels and bed sheets. The city tax and the security deposit have to be paid in cash at the arrival.

The structures are not equipped with sheets, towels, blankets and linen in general. Upon request, and based on availability: stay for a small pet whose presence must be agreed with the agency in advance, cot or additional bed, sheets/towels to be collected from the agency, early check-in/late check-out.
