VILLA GIADA: Double villa in the green area of Lignano Pineta, with large garden and reserved parking place, at around 500m from the beach. The house has been recently renovated and has modern finishes. It is located in a quiet and peaceful area, but close to the sea and shops.

Type C: living-dining room with sofa bed, kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two beds, 1 bathroom with shower, large terrace with garden furniture. For 4-5 persons Suitable for families with children - TV - air conditioning and heating - washing machine - dishwasher - beach service included (1 sun umbrella, 1sun chair and 1 sun bed) as promotional gift. No pets allowed.

 Energy class C 

The air conditioning system increases the rent by Euro 40.00/week for type A units, Euro 50.00/week for type B units and Euro 65.00/week for type C, D, E units (including typology B1 of the Isvico Residence).

The structures are not equipped with sheets, towels, blankets and linen in general. Upon request, and based on availability: stay for a small pet whose presence must be agreed with the agency in advance, cot or additional bed, sheets/towels to be collected from the agency, early check-in/late check-out.
