The indicated price includes light, gas, water and reorganization of the accommodation (which has to be left in order, clean and free of any type of garbage); not included instead are towels and bed sheets. The city tax and the security deposit have to be paid in cash at the arrival.

The air conditioning system, where installed, increases the rental price in measure Euro 40,00/week for living units type A, Euro 50,00/week for living units type B and Euro 65,00/week for living units C, D, E (including Typology B1 of the Residence Isvico).
