The air conditioning system increases the rent by Euro 40.00/week for type A units, Euro 50.00/week for type B units and Euro 65.00/week for type C, D, E units (including typology B1 of the Isvico Residence).

The structures are not equipped with sheets, towels, blankets and linen in general. Upon request, and based on availability: stay for a small pet whose presence must be agreed with the agency in advance, cot or additional bed, sheets/towels to be collected from the agency, early check-in/late check-out.
