The indicated price includes light, gas, water and reorganization of the accommodation (which has to be left in order, clean and free of any type of garbage); not included instead are towels and bed sheets.

The air conditioning system, where installed, increases the rental price in measure Euro 40,00/week for living units type A, Euro 50,00/week for living units type B and Euro 65,00/week for living units C, D, E (including Typology B1 of the Residence Isvico).

Additional services on request and based on their availability: stay of small animals, which has to be communicated and accorded by us anyway in advance (Euro 50,00/week), baby bed or additional bed (Euro 30,00/week), linen to be picked up at our office (bed linen Euro 15,00/person; package of towels [composed of bidet/hand/shower] Euro 10,00/person), early check-in/late check-out (Euro 50,00).
