Type D: on the garden floor large living-dining room with sofa bed, kitchenette, 1 bathroom, large terrace overlooking the garden; on the first floor 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower. For 6 people. Dishwasher - oven - washing machine - TV - safe - air conditioning.

Stays from Sunday to Sunday.

The indicated price includes light, gas, water and reorganization of the accommodation (which has to be left in order, clean and free of any type of garbage); not included instead are towels and bed sheets. The city tax and the security deposit have to be paid in cash at the arrival.

The air conditioning system, where installed, increases the rental price in measure Euro 65,00/week for living units D.

Additional services on request and based on their availability: stay of small animals, which has to be communicated and accorded by us anyway in advance (Euro 50,00/week), baby bed or additional bed (Euro 30,00/week), linen to be picked up at our office (bed linen Euro 15,00/person; package of towels [composed of bidet/hand/shower] Euro 10,00/person), early check-in/late check-out (Euro 50,00).
